• Please ensure that the death incident is registered with the National Record Status
• Valid ID/Resident card
• Mobile number registered with Royal Oman Police (ROP)
• Access to the registered number to receive One Time Password (OTP)
• Active Bank account for Beneficiary
• Have Disability Card
